Low & No-Minimum Box Making
Short runs, one-offs, and prototypes are our standard - not a special exception. We produce custom corrugated boxes starting at a single unit with no price penalty for low quantities.
What It Is
Traditional corrugated manufacturers require minimum orders of 500β5,000 units because their steel die tooling costs must be spread across the run. We eliminated that constraint entirely by using CNC cutting. Every job runs from a digital file - there is no die to amortize, so a 10-unit run and a 10,000-unit run carry the same per-piece setup cost: zero.
- Single-unit custom boxes cut and assembled to your specs
- No die fees, setup fees, or short-run surcharges
- Same box quality at 10 units as at 10,000
- Prototype and production from the same file - no transition cost
- Ideal for companies that ship sporadically, seasonally, or in small batches
When You Need It
Product Prototyping
One or two samples to test dimensions before committing to inventory.
Seasonal Spikes
Order only what you need for a product launch or seasonal campaign.
Specialty SKUs
Low-volume product lines that never justified minimum-order packaging.
Trade Show Samples
A dozen branded boxes for a show without buying a thousand.
R&D Packaging
Engineering teams testing new product configurations need real boxes fast.
Fulfillment Testing
Run a small batch through your fulfillment process before scaling.
Why We Can Do What Others Won't
- CNC cutting eliminates the tooling cost that forces high minimums elsewhere
- In-house production means no outsourcing delays on small jobs
- We price by material and labor - not by die amortization math
- Small orders get the same design attention as large production runs
- Reorder any quantity - your file is on file, ready to run
- Scale up seamlessly when your volume grows - same box, same source
