What It Is
A single foam grade rarely handles every requirement of complex products. Multi-layer assemblies combine different foam types and densities - for example, a firm EVA base layer for support, a soft PE mid-layer for cushioning, and an ESD top layer for static protection. Each layer is CNC-cut to its own profile and bonded into a complete assembly that fits the product precisely and addresses every protection requirement.
