Polyurethane (PU) Foam

Open-cell, soft, and flexible - PU foam conforms to irregular shapes and provides excellent vibration dampening. Used for surface protection, void fill lining, and applications where the foam needs to adapt to the product rather than hold a fixed shape.

How APG Works With Polyurethane (PU) Foam

PU foam is specified when the product geometry is irregular, when continuous vibration is the threat (not impact), or when a soft non-marring contact surface is needed. It pairs well with a rigid PE or EVA outer layer in multi-layer assemblies.
