What It Is
Long-length and oversize corrugated boxes represent the clearest advantage of CNC-based manufacturing. No die press on the market can accommodate 84"–120"+ blanks - our CNC router handles them in a single pass with consistent tolerance from end to end. We engineer the structure, wall thickness, and flute direction to maintain rigidity across the full length.
